Singapore, 28 June 2010 The Waste Management and Recycling Association of Singapore (WMRAS) has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA), and National Environment Agency (NEA), to establish a Training, Advisory & Promotion (TAP) Centre for Environment and Waste Management in Singapore.
